Founded in London, UK, from a passion for the cosmos, Astromaniac Magazine is an independent online magazine dedicated to astrophotography, astronomy and space storytelling.
At Astromaniac Magazine, we bring together a community that’s as fascinated by the stars as we are. Our platform features the work of up-and-coming astrophotographers, reviews of the latest astrophotography gear, and articlesthat dive into techniques and tips for shooting the stars. Through our carefully curated Astrophotographers' Spotlight, we highlight the inspiring journeys and unique perspectives of photographers from around the world, hand-picking the artists who best capture the awe-inspiring nature of space.
We also curate, design and build interactive showcases to introduce some of astronomy’s most breathtaking explorations to our ever-growing audiences. These presentations include Artemis II Mission Report and James Webb: Inside The Mission, two immersive curations that take you on a journey.
Beyond the images and gear, we also love bringing the community closer together. Our "Astrophotos of the Year" feature celebrates the best-liked photos from our Instagram followers, and our Contributorssection is always open for passionate writers looking to share insights, stories, and discoveries about astrophotography.
We recently released After Dark Calendar, an all-in-one night sky planner designed for astrophotographers.
